Social Service - Health Care & Rehabilitation of Southern Vermont

Health Care and Rehabilitation Services (HCRS) is a comprehensive community mental health provider serving residents of Windsor and Windham counties. HCRS assists and advocates for individuals, families, and children who are living with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. HCRS provides these services through outpatient mental health services, alcohol and drug treatment program, community rehabilitation and treatment program, developmental services division, and alternatives and emergency services programs.
 
During FY10, HCRS provided 40,398 hours of services to 590 residents of the Town of Hartford. The services provided included all of HCRS’ programs resulting in a wide array of supports for the residents of Hartford.
