DILAPIDATED BUILDING ORDINANCE

On June 28, 2011, the Hartford Selectboard voted to approve the adoption of a Dilapidated Building Ordinance. The purpose of this ordinance is to establish measures to abate the public nuisances, health and safety hazards, and other harmful effects that arise from dilapidated and vacant buildings and structures in the Town of Hartford.
