POLICE OFFICER
The Hartford Police Department is accepting applications for a full-time Police Officer. They are seeking an energetic, positive-thinking, service-orientated individual with a strong desire to provide quality police services. The Town of Hartford is continually expanding and is located at the intersection of two major interstates; I89 and I91. They are involved in many community-orientated events and have special units such as a school resource officer, detective's division, S.T.A.R.T., and commerical truck enforcement. They are also considering bringing back a K9 position, as well. They offer a competitive wage that is commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefit package, and occasionally have oportunities for outside details and overtime as well.
