You should contact Darlene Johnson in the Town Manager's office at 802-295-9353 or email djohnson@hartford-vt.org with your address.  You may also stop by the office and pick up an "Application for Authority to Conduct an Event on a Public Street or Highway".  This form will need to be completed and returned at least 15 days before the event.
