Q. fire doors in condo complex

Hello, I'm wondering what the fire code is for having fire doors in a condo unit? Could you brief me on what the regulations are please? Thank you.
A.

In a condo the only place you may need a fire door would be the furnace room if the room is rated. The best thing would be to contact Michael Bedard, Fire Marshal at 295-3232 or email mbedard@hartford-vt.org.
