Q. Town Meeting Committee

The town charter requires a standing Town Meeting Committee composed of 5 persons, 1 appointed by the Town Clerk and 2 each appointed by the Selectboard and School Board. I've agreed to be appointed by the Town Clerk and am looking for 4 others to join me. Give me a call at 369-0069 or email me at fxflinn@gmail.com and I'll help facilitate the appointment process.

The Town/School District Meeting Committee is responsible for organization, (including comfort, presentation, publicity, program, refreshments, entertainment) for the budget discussion/candidates night meeting and the town/school district meeting. You may also contact the Town Manager's Office at 295-9353 or the Superintendent's Office at 295-8600 if you are interested in serving on this committee.
