Request for Proposal
The Hartford Fire Department is seeking an RFP to replace the windows and doors at the Public Safety Facility located at 812 VA Cutoff Road in White River Junction.
Scope of the project includes the replacement of twenty-three exterior windows with appropriate trim and the replacement of two exterior doors.
All work must be completed no later than December 1, 2010.
The successful vendor must provide proof of insurance.
The Town of Hartford reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Pre-bid walk through to be held on August 5, 2010 at 10:00 am.
Deadline for the submission of all bids is August 15th at 5:00 pm.
