TEAM SPONSORSHIP
·         Average team size is 12-20 kids
 
·         Teams play throughout the Upper Valley
 
·         The age range for teams are 3-19
 
·         Team sports available for sponsorship include soccer, field hockey, basketball, baseball, and softball
 
·         Sponsors receive an engraved picture plaque featuring the sponsored team
 
·         Sponsors are listed in the Bi-Annual Program Guide which is a six month publication and posted on the Town of Hartford’s website.
 
·         Team sponsorships are available at $150 per team, per season, or $400 for one team for all three athletic seasons (Fall, Winter, and Spring) 
   
wENDELL A BARWOOD ARENA ADVERTISING
·         Features variety of uses by users throughout the entire Upper Valley as well as visitors from throughout N.E.
 
·         Events include: Hartford High School Varsity and JV boys and girls hockey games, various Youth and Adult Hockey leagues practices and games, Public Skating, Birthday Parkies, Youth and Adult Skating Lessons, Flea Markets and Sales events, Indoor Skate Park.
 
·         Annual Public Skating Attendance…2500-3000 ppl
 
·         Annual Season Pass Holders…300-400 ppl
 
·         Bleacher Seating Capacity…400 ppl
 
·         Annual attendance…7000-8000 ppl
 
·         Annual Ice Rental Hours…1200+
WABA Banners
·         5’ x 7’ banners will hang in a “portrait” style at the end of the Wendell A Barwood Arena
 
·         Cost is $350 per year or $1000 for 3 years, plus the initial cost of construction of the banner.
 
WABA Dasher board Signs
·         30” x 8’ signs will be attached to in dasher boards on the inside of the Arena
 
·         Cost is $600 per year or $1750 for 3 years, plus the initial cost of construction of the sign.
 
Zamboni Ads
·         12” x 24” signs on the WABA Zamboni for the entire Season
 
·         Cost is $250 per year or $700 for 3 years, plus the initial cost of construction of the sign.
 
locker room sponsors
·         12” x 24” sign one of the four locker room doors
 
·         Cost is $250 per year or $700 for 3 years, plus the initial cost of construction of the sign.
                        
in-ice ads
·         Vinyl in-ice signs for the entire Ice Season. Center ice and neutral zone options available.
 
·         Pricing starts at $800 per year or $2300 for 3 years, plus the initial cost of construction of the sign.
