Social Services - Twin Pines Housing Trust

 

Twin Pines Housing Trust is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation creating and sustaining housing that is affordable to households living at or below the area median income (AMI) in the upper Valley region of Vermont and New Hampshire. Most of our rental properties serve households earning 50-60% of AMI.

At present, we have 189 rental homes and 47 single family homes which are controlled by covenants to be permanently affordable.
