Mission
To guide and oversee the design process in support of the passage of a bond for the historic Municipal Office building renovations
Duties to Include
- Create design acquisition process for the Municipal Building and present it to the board for ratification.
- Evaluate bid responses and submit recommendation to the Selectboard.
- Identify architects likely to have an interest in the work and inform them about the process the town will follow.
- Oversee contractor RFP process.
- Prepare and organize the materials for presentation to the public, including conceptual sketches and budgeting.
- Review the existing program of the municipal building and all materials developed in support of earlier bond efforts.
- With architect, present final project to Selectboard for ratification.
- Work with selected architect to produce project.
