The Assessor filed the 2023 Abstract Grand List with the Town Clerk.

Last day to file a Grievance form (all requests for grievance must be received at the town office by 4 pm)

2017 Revaluation
The Town of Hartford went through the process of a town-wide revaluation of all real properties. This commenced in February 2016, was completed by July 1, 2017 and constituted the 2017 Grand List.

Equalization Study
The state education property tax is based on each municipality’s grand list of properties. The Division of Property Valuation and Review (PVR) conducts an annual Equalization Study of all the municipal grand lists.
