The Town of Hartford is currently seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to reconstruct and resurface roughly 1,132 feet of sidewalk along Hartford Avenue (US Route 5) from a point 51.5 feet north of the northerly Cumberland Farms entrance to the southerly side of A Street within the current calendar year.
