2023, October 3rd- Revised RFP sent to approved appraisers as certified by the Vermont Department of Taxes. 

Changes were made to the delivery method of the proposal (following Town Purchasing policy). All proposals are to be delivered to the Manager’s Office at Hartford Town Hall in a sealed envelope. No email deliveries will be accepted. The timely submitted proposals will be opened at 4:00 pm in the Town Manager’s office on October 30, 2023.
