Hartford Vermont Annual Town and School District Report Request for Quotes.

All quotations should be received at the Town Manager’s Office by 1:00pm on Tuesday, December 4, 2018. An email response to Paula Nulty at pnulty@hartford-vt.org is sufficient and welcome. An email response to Paula Nulty at pnulty@hartford-vt.org is sufficient and welcome.

The Town of Hartford is hereby requesting itemized quotations on the printing of the 2018 Town and School District Annual Report with the following stipulations and specifications:

The Town Report Booklet will be 8 ½  X 11”, with perfect binding.

The Town Report will be approximately 305 pages plus an 8 point coated one-sided cover (Carolina).

The report will be printed on white 50lb. Offset. The warnings (4+/-) will be different color sheets.

The Town Report will be made available to residents on or before February 20, 2019.

Approximately 500 reports will be necessary.

The Report will be delivered to the printer no later than January 25, 2019.

The printer will provide a proof for approval before commencement of printing.

Quotations are requested to be quoted as a set amount per page for 500 copies. Sample paper and cover stock shall be submitted with quotation.

Quotation will include the cost for typesetting and mechanical for the Town Report Cover.

Quotations will include the cost for color for the Town Report Cover.

An undetermined number of black & white pictures will be included in various sections of the Report. Quotations on pictures are requested to be quoted as a set amount per picture for 500 copies.

All quotations should be received at the Town Manager’s Office by 1:00pm on Tuesday, December 4, 2019.  An email response to Paula Nulty at pnulty@hartford-vt.org is sufficient and welcome.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all quotations and to waive any formality or technicality.
