Hartford Town Meeting Cycle Information 

This page is intended to help Hartford residents better understand the various events that are part of the Town Meeting Cycle. 
Details for each event are provided below.   

Budget and Candidates Night 

When: Monday, February 27, 2023 @ 7pm 
Where: Hartford High School Auditorium 
Who: All residents and candidates are invited.  School and Selectboard will be present.   
What: An opportunity to hear budget presentations from the School and Selectboard and to hear from candidates who are running for various roles.

Town Meeting Day 

Coffee with Committees 

When: Saturday, March 4, 2023 @ 10am 
Where: Hartford High School Gym 
Who: All residents are invited.  School and Selectboard will be present 
What: Both boards will have an opportunity for presentations and reports.  All social service agencies will be invited to give a summary about their work.   

We will also address: 1) Compensation for school officers, 2) Compensation for town officers, 3) Dates property tax are due. 

Voting Day 

When: Tuesday, March 7, 2023 @ 7am-7pm 
Where: Hartford High School Gym 
Who: All registered Hartford residents 
What: Vote on all of the issues and candidates that you have learned about during this cycle!
